Kondor Blue KB-USBCA-RA-12 12" USB-C On USB-A Right-Angled On Right-Angled
Kondor Blue KB-USBCA-RA-12 12" USB-C On USB-A Right-Angled On Right-Angled | Short cable, angled connections
Kondor Blue KB-USBCA-RA-12 is a 12-inch USB-C-to-USB-A cable with a right-angle connector at each end, made for camera users who need a short, neatly routed connection between devices with those ports. The compact length is handy when the connected equipment sits close together; it avoids leaving a long cable loop around a camera setup. Right-angle ends can help the cable follow the edge of a device rather than sticking straight out, which is useful when space around the connection is limited. It’s a focused accessory, not a general-purpose long lead: its appeal is the particular combination of USB-C, USB-A, two angled ends and a 12-inch reach. If that connector pairing and distance suit your setup, it offers a tidy way to link the devices without extra cable slack to manage.
Planning the connection
Before choosing a cable for a rig or workstation, map the route between the two connection points. This one is a short option for ports that are close together, with an angled end at each side to suit a route that turns away from the sockets. Allow for the position of both devices and the direction their ports face; a 12-inch cable gives you less room to reposition equipment than a longer lead. The connector pairing is specific, too: one end is USB-C and the other is USB-A. That makes the cable most relevant when those are the ports your intended connection calls for.
Specialist Note
Both ends turn away from the ports, so the cable can sit closer to the sides of connected equipment instead of projecting straight out. That’s a useful detail on a crowded camera rig, where a cable sticking out can get in the way. The 12-inch length also keeps the connection local: I’d use it for nearby devices, not for a setup where you need to route a lead across a larger distance. It suits someone arranging equipment with a USB-C connection at one end and USB-A at the other. Just plan the cable path first; its short reach is part of the point, but it limits repositioning.
