Laowa Nanomorph 65mm EN 80mm Mirrorless Lens Cap (Lao-Lcnano-6580MI)

Laowa Nanomorph 65mm EN 80mm Mirrorless Lens Cap | A cap named for two Nanomorph lenses

Laowa Nanomorph 65mm EN 80mm Mirrorless Lens Cap is a lens cap named for the Laowa Nanomorph 65mm and 80mm mirrorless lenses. It’s for filmmakers and photographers who use those Nanomorph lenses and want a straightforward way to cover a lens when it’s not in use. Its job is simple: keep the exposed front of the lens covered while it’s set aside or being put away. It won’t add a creative control or change the image. The useful detail is the specific naming: this is a lens cap, rather than a body cap, and the 65mm and 80mm references identify the Nanomorph lens options it’s associated with. If one of those lenses is in your kit, this is a small accessory to keep with it between takes, location changes or storage.

Choosing the right place for it

A lens cap has a practical role when the lens is off the camera: put it on before setting the lens aside or packing it away. Keeping the cap with the lens it’s intended for also makes it easier to avoid mixing up small accessories during a changeover. This product’s name points specifically to Laowa Nanomorph lenses, so use that naming as your guide when organising it in your kit.
