Nanlux Evoke Motorized Yoke For 2400B/5000B (w/ Flight Case)
Nanlux Evoke Motorized Yoke For 2400B/5000B (w/ Flight Case) | Helps protect your yoke in a larger bag
Its purpose is more specific than that of a general camera bag: this is a protective case for the Nanlux Evoke motorized yoke used with the 2400B and 5000B. It suits lighting crews and studio teams who need to carry or store that yoke alongside other gear. The case is best for helping guard the yoke against scratches and bumps when it’s packed in a larger bag, where equipment can shift against other items. That makes it a practical layer of protection between setups, during transport, or when you’re keeping the yoke with your lighting kit between jobs. The title identifies it as a flight case, while the useful day-to-day role is straightforward: keep the motorized yoke better protected as part of a larger load. It’s a focused accessory, rather than a bag for carrying a complete lighting setup.
Specialist Note
2400B and 5000B are the two Evoke models this yoke is named for, so this case belongs with a very specific piece of lighting kit. If you’re packing the motorized yoke into a larger gear bag, I’d use it as a protective layer around the yoke to help reduce scuffs and bumps from neighbouring equipment. It also makes sense for keeping the yoke together with your lighting gear between studio setups. The protection described here is aimed at everyday contact in a packed bag; I’d still pack carefully rather than treat the case as a promise of protection from every impact. For owners of the matching Evoke yoke, that’s a clear, practical job.
