Nedis CAT6 Network Cable RJ45 M RJ45 M 15.0m Round LSZH Grey Label

Nedis CAT6 Network Cable | A 15-metre link for wired network connections

For a wired network connection that needs to reach across a room or along a longer route, this 15.0-metre Nedis CAT6 Network Cable gives you room to place the connected equipment where it suits your setup. It has an RJ45 male connector at each end, so it’s intended for a connection between devices with matching RJ45 sockets. The CAT6 designation identifies the cable category; no transfer speed is claimed here. Its length is the practical point: it can bridge a gap that a short patch cable can’t, though you’ll want to plan where the cable will run before settling on the route. The cable is round, grey and marked LSZH. That’s a straightforward set of details for anyone choosing a network cable by connector type, length and physical form, rather than looking for a bundled accessory or a particular device brand.

Planning the cable route

A 15-metre cable gives you more routing distance than a short connection between pieces of equipment sitting side by side. Measure the route you have in mind, including the path around furniture or along a room edge, and allow for the cable to reach both sockets without being stretched tight. The round shape is worth noting when you’re deciding how it will sit along that route; grey is the visible colour of the cable. LSZH is another marking to recognise when comparing cable labels. These details don’t change the basic job: this is a cable for a wired network connection, with matching RJ45 male ends. If those connector and length details match the connection you’re setting up, the rest is a matter of laying the cable neatly.
