Nedis CAT6 S/FTP-Cable RJ45 (8P8C) M-RJ45 (8P8C) M 10m Grey

Nedis CAT6 S/FTP-Cable RJ45 (8P8C) M-RJ45 (8P8C) M 10m Grey | A 10-metre wired network link

The 10-metre length is the useful detail here: this Nedis cable gives you room to route a wired network connection where a shorter lead may not reach. It’s suited to anyone who needs to connect network equipment across a room or along a planned cable route, without making a wireless connection the only option. The cable is CAT6 S/FTP, with male RJ45 (8P8C) connectors at both ends, so you can connect it to equipment with matching ports. Its grey colour is a practical, understated choice where you’d rather the cable blend into its surroundings than draw attention. This is a straightforward cable for a specific job; there’s no need to read more into it than that. If ten metres suits the route you have in mind, it gives you a clear, direct way to make the connection.

Planning the cable run

Before you choose a place for the cable, think through the full route from one device to the other. Measure around furniture, doorways or the edge of a room rather than estimating a straight line; those small detours can use up more length than expected. A 10-metre cable gives you a defined amount to work with, so a quick measurement can help you decide whether it suits your setup. It’s also worth considering where the cable will sit once connected, so it doesn’t become an awkward obstacle in a walkway. Keep the route simple and accessible, especially if you may want to move either device later. That bit of planning makes it easier to put the cable to work neatly.
