Nedis Speaker-Cable | 2X 2.50 mm² | Copper | 25.0m | Round

Nedis Speaker-Cable | A straightforward cable for speaker runs

When you’re arranging a sound system and need cable for the connection to your speakers, this Nedis speaker cable gives you a clear set of basics to work with: it’s round, copper, and supplied as a 25.0 m length. The cable has two conductors, each specified at 2.50 mm². That makes the key details easy to compare when you’re planning a run or matching cable to the requirements of your setup. It suits anyone who needs speaker cable in a practical length, rather than a short pre-made lead. The honest point to keep in mind is that the title tells you the cable’s material, size, form and length; it doesn’t tell us how it will perform in a particular room or system. For planning a cable run, those concrete details are a useful place to start.

Planning your speaker-cable run

Before choosing where the cable will go, trace the route it needs to follow rather than measuring only the gap between the audio equipment and the speakers. A run may need to follow a wall or go around furniture, so measuring the actual path helps you judge whether the available length suits your layout. Think through where the cable will enter and leave the setup, too. This is simple preparation, but it can save an inconveniently short run or more spare cable than you expected. If you’re comparing speaker cables, keep the conductor size and material alongside the length in your notes; those are the details given for this Nedis cable, and they’re the useful points to compare with another option. Its round form is also part of the product description, so you can account for that when considering how the cable will sit along your chosen route.
