Nielsen Photo Frame 8988051 Apollon Black 20x20 / 14x14cm

Nielsen Photo Frame 8988051 Apollon Black 20x20 / 14x14cm | A square frame in black

When a favourite square photograph needs a frame, the Nielsen Apollon gives you a clear starting point: a black photo frame identified with the dimensions 20x20 cm and 14x14 cm. It suits anyone choosing a simple frame for a personal print, a family photo or a small image that deserves a place on the wall or a shelf. The square format keeps the presentation neat, while black makes a defined border around the image. That can be handy when a print feels a little lost on its own, or when you want the frame to sit quietly alongside other pictures. The title gives two measurements, so take a moment to match them to the way you want the photograph presented. It’s a straightforward option when those dimensions and the black finish fit your space; the frame’s appeal is its simple, square look.

Choosing an image

Start with the photograph you have in mind, then compare its dimensions with the two measurements in the product name. They’re 20x20 cm and 14x14 cm. Because the title doesn’t label what each measurement refers to, it’s best not to assume that one is the frame’s outside size and the other the visible image area. Use both as sizing references when deciding if this is the right format for your print.

Think about the image’s edges, too. A tightly composed square photo and a picture with important detail near its borders can look different once framed. If you’re choosing between several prints, hold them against the spot where you plan to display the frame and see which one feels balanced at this scale. The black finish gives the frame a defined outline, so it may suit a photograph that benefits from a clear boundary. Keep the choice practical: pick the image whose size and composition work with the measurements shown, rather than relying on the frame to change how the photo is cropped.
