On Set Headsets Walkie Caddie - White
On Set Headsets Walkie Caddie - White | Keep set comms together
On a busy set, a headset and walkie can be easy to lose track of between call time, handovers and pack-down. The On Set Headsets Walkie Caddie is named for that on-set pairing, giving crew a dedicated place to organise these communication essentials. It’s aimed at people who want their headset and walkie routine to feel more orderly, rather than searching through a work area when it’s time to move. The white finish gives the caddie a distinct look among equipment, which can help when several crew members are sharing a space. Use it as part of a consistent handover habit: return the comms gear to the same caddie when it’s not in use, then collect it from there for the next task. It’s a straightforward, set-focused accessory; the title doesn’t establish details such as how it attaches or what specific equipment it accommodates, so I’d keep expectations to its stated purpose.
Specialist Note
At a two-person handover, I’d make returning the headset and walkie to their caddie part of the reset, so the next person knows where to look. The product’s name is refreshingly specific: this is for the on-set headset-and-walkie routine, not a general-purpose camera accessory. Its white finish also gives it a clear visual identity in a shared work area. I’d suggest it to crew who want a repeatable place for their comms gear at call time and during pack-down. One practical trade-off: white can show marks more readily, so it’ll suit a tidy, deliberate setup best.
