Permajet Photo Art Silk 290G Roll 44INCHES 15m

Permajet Photo Art Silk 290G Roll 44INCHES 15m | Wide-format paper for art prints

Permajet Photo Art Silk 290G Roll 44INCHES 15m is a 44-inch-wide photo art paper roll with a 15-metre length and a 290G designation. It’s aimed at photographers and printmakers producing wide-format work, particularly when a fixed sheet size would restrict the dimensions of a print. The product name identifies a silk surface, giving you a clear starting point when choosing a paper finish. This is roll media for a printer setup that accepts 44-inch-wide stock, rather than a pack of sheets for a compact printer. You can work from the continuous roll and prepare prints to the lengths your images call for. The practical consideration is the format: this roll needs the right printer width and room to handle roll media. For large prints, that’s a more relevant detail than the product name alone.

A roll can suit a workflow with varied print lengths: you aren’t limited to a stack of pre-cut paper dimensions. That can be useful when one job calls for a shorter print and another needs a longer sheet, provided both fit the width your printer can handle. The 15-metre length gives you a continuous working supply, while the 44-inch width defines the available span across each print.

When choosing paper for a print, it helps to think about the finished image size and the way you produce it. Here, the key decisions are whether the silk finish suits the look you want, whether the 290G designation fits your paper choice, and whether your printer workflow is set up for a 44-inch roll. It’s a specific format, not an all-purpose paper pack, so it makes most sense for wide-format printing where roll stock is part of the process.
