Permajet Portrait Rag 285G Roll 24INCHES 15m

Permajet Portrait Rag 285G Roll 24INCHES 15m | A long roll for portrait prints

For portrait prints made from a roll rather than a pre-cut sheet, the Permajet Portrait Rag 285G Roll gives you 15 metres of paper in a 24-inch width. Its name makes the intended subject clear: portraits. The 285G designation is another useful detail when you’re choosing between paper options, and the roll format gives you room to work with print lengths suited to your own images. It’s a specific format, so it makes most sense when your printing plans call for a 24-inch roll and you want a substantial length available in one go. There’s no need to treat the roll as a promise of any particular look; the practical point here is the portrait-named paper and its stated size. If those details fit your work, this is a straightforward option to consider.

Planning your print workflow

A roll gives you a continuous length to work from, rather than a stack of individual sheets. That can be handy when you want to decide print length as you go, or keep a run of portrait work on the same paper. It also means thinking about how you’ll handle the roll and prepare each print before you start. For a small, occasional print, a roll may be more paper than you need at once; for a sequence of portraits, having a longer supply on hand can make the workflow more practical. The key is matching the format to the way you actually print.
