Shimoda Accessory Case - Large - Boa (520-513)

Shimoda Accessory Case - Large - Boa (520-513) | Protect gear inside a larger bag

Shimoda Accessory Case - Large - Boa (520-513) is the Large version of Shimoda’s protective pouch, made to help protect gear from scratches and bumps inside a larger bag. It suits photographers who carry several pieces of equipment together and want an extra layer between them while travelling or moving between locations. Rather than replacing your main camera bag, it gives gear its own contained space within it. That can be handy when items shift around as you walk, or when you’re packing and unpacking more than once during the day. The Boa name identifies this version; the practical point is its role as a protective case for use inside a larger bag. If you want a straightforward way to keep equipment together and reduce contact with other contents, this is the job it’s built for.

Using it inside your bag

Place the gear you want to protect in the case, then carry it inside your larger bag. Keeping those items together makes it easier to lift them out as one group when you need to reach them. It’s a simple bit of organisation, with the added benefit of helping limit scratches and bumps from other contents. The case is intended for this in-bag role, so plan to carry it as part of your larger-bag setup.
