SmallRig 4236C 4 Suction Cup Camera Mount Kit For Vehicle Shooting | Set up a camera for vehicle shots

Without a dedicated mount, vehicle shots can mean asking someone to hold the camera or trying to work around an improvised position. The SmallRig 4236C is a four-suction-cup camera mount kit made for vehicle shooting, giving you a specific way to position a camera for that kind of footage. It suits creators planning in-car sequences or a chosen camera angle on a vehicle, and crews who want to set the framing before recording rather than have someone handle the camera during a take. The four cups provide four attachment points for the mount, making them the key detail to consider when planning its position. This is a specialised accessory for vehicle work, not a general support for every shooting situation. Decide on the view you want first, then plan where the mount needs to go to achieve that framing.

Specialist Note

Can the SmallRig 4236C mount a camera for vehicle shots? Yes: its four suction cups give the setup four attachment points rather than one. I’d think through those four points when choosing where the camera should sit, then settle the framing before you start recording. The kit is specifically intended for vehicle shooting, so I’d consider it for an in-car view or a chosen angle on the vehicle. One honest point: it’s a focused vehicle-mounting kit, not a complete camera rig or a solution for every shooting situation. If your project calls for a camera positioned on a vehicle, this gives you a direct starting point for planning that setup.
