The SmallRig 3738 Cage Kit, specifically designed for the Nikon Z9, offers more than just an ergonomic handheld solution. It is also an asset when it comes to attaching various accessories, protecting your camera, and creating a smoother workflow. The kit includes a compact Nikon Z 9 Cage and an ARRI top handle. With this arrangement, you retain easy access to all camera buttons, slots, battery lid, and flip screen even after mounting.

The cage locks into place through a 1/4''-20 screw at the bottom, a mounting pin, and a carrier loop ring on the right. The top handle provides greater comfort with its ergonomic design that enables quick assembly and disassembly.

The cage features built-in attachment points fully compatible with the SmallRig accessory system. It is equiped with 1/4"-20 threaded holes and ARRI 3/8"-16 attachment points at the top of the handle. Microphones and LED lights can be attached using the cold shoe fitting. The built-in Arca quick-release plate at the underside of the cage fits directly into a tripod for quick switch to tripod shooting. The cage is mindful to safeguard your camera, featuring built-in cushion pads on the inside aiming at eliminating scratches. Moreover, it offers a built-in magnetic key for effortless access.
