Sony Case For A5000 & A5100 | Helps guard your camera in a larger bag

Without a case, a camera moving around in a larger bag can rub against other items and pick up scratches. The Sony Case For A5000 & A5100 is a protective pouch for owners who want a simple layer of protection when carrying their camera alongside everyday belongings. Its purpose is practical: help protect the gear from scratches and bumps inside a larger bag. It suits A5000 and A5100 owners who don’t need a separate camera bag for every outing, but would rather not place the camera loose among other things. Put the camera in the pouch before packing it, and it adds a buffer between the camera and the contents of your bag. This is a focused accessory for bag carry, rather than a case with extra functions; its value is in giving the camera its own protected place.

Specialist Note

Does this Sony case make sense if you carry an A5000 or A5100 in a bigger bag? Yes—it’s made as a protective pouch for those cameras, with scratches and bumps during bag carry in mind. I’d place the camera in it before packing, especially if it’ll share space with everyday items. That gives the camera a separate layer between it and the rest of the bag, without bringing along a dedicated camera bag. It suits A5000 and A5100 owners who want straightforward protection on the move. I’d regard it as a pouch for bag carry, not as a reason to be careless with the camera.
