STM Goods STM Origin Sleeve (16 inch) - Glacier Blue
STM Goods STM Origin Sleeve (16 inch) - Glacier Blue | Helps shield gear inside a larger bag
You’re packing gear into a larger bag, and want to keep it from rubbing against everything else. The STM Goods STM Origin Sleeve is a protective pouch for that job: it helps guard your gear against scratches and bumps while it’s packed away. It suits photographers who want an extra layer between their equipment and the other contents of a bag, rather than a separate bag to carry everything in. The 16-inch size gives you a clear reference when choosing where it belongs in your packing setup, while Glacier Blue adds a distinctive colour. Slip your gear into the sleeve before placing it in your main bag, and it can help keep everyday knocks and scuffs at bay. It’s a straightforward option for keeping packed equipment better protected and more separate from loose items.
A simple layer inside your bag
Think of this as an inner case, not a replacement for your larger bag. Its purpose is focused: give your gear a protective place within your existing setup. That makes it handy when you’re packing equipment alongside other belongings and want a little separation without adding another full-size bag to carry.
Specialist Note
Gear shifting around in a larger bag can pick up scratches and bumps; this sleeve gives it a dedicated layer of protection. I’d use it by placing the gear inside first, then packing the sleeve into your main bag, especially when equipment is travelling alongside everyday items. The 16-inch size is a useful reference when you’re organising your packing, and Glacier Blue gives you a visible colour cue when you’re reaching into the bag. It suits anyone who already carries gear in a larger bag and wants a simple way to protect it there. Just think of it as an inner pouch, rather than a standalone carry bag.
