Telesin Light Pollution Filter For DJI Osmo Action 5/4/3
Telesin Light Pollution Filter For DJI Osmo Action 5/4/3 | Made for night-sky scenes
Without a light-pollution filter, you have to work with the colour and glow that artificial lighting adds to a night scene. The Telesin Light Pollution Filter is made for DJI Osmo Action 5, 4 and 3 cameras, with a specific job: helping manage the effect of light pollution when you’re filming after dark. It’s aimed at Action camera owners who want to make night skies or city scenes part of their footage, rather than treating low-light filming as an afterthought. The benefit is most relevant when nearby streetlights or other artificial lighting affect the look you’re trying to capture. It won’t replace thoughtful framing or exposure choices, and it can’t remove light sources from the scene. But if light pollution is the issue you’re trying to address, this filter gives you a dedicated option for those shoots. Its purpose is focused, which makes it easier to decide if it belongs in your kit.
Specialist Note
This filter won’t make a difficult night scene effortless; you’ll still need to choose your framing and exposure with care. Its appeal is that it’s specifically intended for light pollution, rather than being a general-purpose filter, and the title names DJI Osmo Action 5, 4 and 3 as the cameras it fits. That makes it a focused option if you use one of those models and want to film a night skyline or include the sky in a nighttime scene. I’d start by composing to keep bright lamps out of the frame where possible, then judge the result on the screen. It suits Action camera owners with a clear night-filming use in mind.
