Tilta MB-T16-72 72mm Adapter Ring For Mirage
Tilta MB-T16-72 72mm Adapter Ring For Mirage | A 72mm ring for Mirage builds
When you’re putting together a handheld video rig and need extra support for the camera, it helps to choose components for the setup you’re actually building. The Tilta MB-T16-72 is a 72mm adapter ring for Mirage, intended for use within a Mirage-based rig setup. It suits videographers assembling shoulder-rig gear for handheld work, where added camera support is part of the plan. The ring’s named size and Mirage purpose make its role specific: it’s for a build that calls for this 72mm adapter ring, rather than a general-purpose rig accessory. That’s useful when you’re matching parts by their stated purpose instead of guessing at compatibility. It won’t tell you which other components your rig needs, so treat it as one part of the setup, not a complete support solution. If your work involves handheld video and your build calls for a 72mm ring for Mirage, this is the focused option to consider.
Specialist Note
The 72mm ring gives this part a clear job: it’s the adapter ring specified for Mirage, so it’s relevant when those are the requirements of your build. I’d consider it while putting together a Mirage-based shoulder rig for handheld video, especially when extra camera support is needed for an interview or a moving shot. Start by matching the setup to the ring’s stated 72mm size and Mirage use; that keeps the choice grounded in what this part is actually named for. Its scope is specific, which is helpful if that’s exactly the piece your rig calls for, but it isn’t a substitute for the rest of your support setup.
