Ulanzi MT-68 Flexible Tripod w/ CLAW Mount | Flexible support for crowded shooting spots

For sports and wildlife with a long lens, the Ulanzi MT-68 Flexible Tripod w/ CLAW Mount gives you a support option when a full tripod is awkward to set up. It’s a monopod with a flexible-tripod design and a CLAW mount. That makes it suited to photographers who want support while following action, and to event shooters working where a tripod takes up too much room. The flexible format can help you position the support around the spot you have, rather than needing a clear area for a tripod. Think sideline action, a wildlife viewing point or a busy event space: places where you may need to adjust your position as the scene changes. This is a focused tool for mobile shooting, not a replacement for a tripod when you need the camera to stand unattended. Choose it when you value manoeuvrability and a smaller footprint around other people.

Specialist Note

The MT-68’s flexible form gives you more room to adapt where the support sits, which is handy when an event crowd or shooting position limits your space. Its CLAW mount is the connection point for your camera setup, so think about the camera and long lens you’ll be working with before heading out. I’d consider it for sideline sports or wildlife viewing, where you need support but still want to follow the subject. As a monopod, it helps while you’re operating the camera; it isn’t a stand-alone way to leave your camera fixed in place. That distinction matters if you’re choosing between this and a tripod.
