Wooden Camera A00360 Arca Baseplate Alexa 35
Wooden Camera A00360 Arca Baseplate Alexa 35 | Arca support for Alexa 35
When an Alexa 35 needs to sit on a tripod for a steady frame, the Wooden Camera A00360 Arca Baseplate is the accessory built for that setup. It’s a tripod accessory, and its name makes its intended pairing clear: Alexa 35 and an Arca baseplate format. That focus makes it relevant to camera crews building a support setup around this camera, rather than a general-purpose camera plate. Use it as the baseplate in an Arca-based tripod arrangement, keeping the camera and support parts suited to the same setup. For a locked-off interview or a repeatable product frame, a tripod gives you a fixed camera position while you compose; this baseplate is the camera-side accessory for that arrangement. The key point is the specific pairing, not a claim about extra adjustments or features. If your setup is built around an Alexa 35 and Arca support, this is the product to consider.
Specialist Note
The mismatch between an Alexa 35 build and an Arca-based support setup is the kind of small snag this baseplate is intended to address. I’d look at it when you need the Alexa 35 on a tripod for a locked-off interview, or when you want to keep a product-shot camera position consistent between takes. The Arca designation tells you which support format it’s made around; the Alexa 35 name keeps the camera pairing specific. For either use, build your tripod setup around that match before composing the shot. One practical limit: it’s a baseplate, not a complete tripod or head, so those parts still need to be part of your setup.
